Peyton Stoy
Bio
Peyton joined Sandground, West, Silek, Raminpour, and Landers PLC in April 2025 as an associate attorney. Licensed to practice in both Virginia and South Carolina, Peyton offers dedicated advocacy and a fresh perspective to our practice.
Peyton earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2024. While in law school, she sharpened her leadership skills as Vice President of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society and developed her litigation, case management, and client representation skills while working for an insurance defense firm. She also demonstrated her commitment to education and community service by serving as a student teacher at a local high school.
Before law school, Peyton proved her ability to multitask by graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University while triple-majoring in History, Criminology, and Sociology. Her interdisciplinary education gives her a well-rounded understanding of the social and legal systems that shape our practice. During her time in college, she served as President of Sigma Kappa sorority and volunteered with College Mentors for Kids, showing her dedication to mentorship and community involvement.
A Nokesville, Virginia native, Peyton is committed to serving her community and providing thorough and comprehensive legal representation to her clients.
